Hotel Alessandra’s mixology series continues in November featuring Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey, Blended Whiskey and Outlaw Bourbon Whiskey. The class will cover the of history of bourbon while guests make 3 classic cocktails including: (1)Passion Fruit Sour – Yellow Rose Whiskey, Liquid Alchemist passionfruit and lemon egg white, (2) Apple Spiced Smoked Old Fashioned – Yellow Rose Rye, Liquid Alchemist apple spice, bitters, (3) Cobbler – Yellow Rose Single Malt, Sherry, tamarind and citrus.
