The Cajun Stop in East Downtown Houston has been serving Houston’s Best Po-Boys since 2009 and also serves a variety of Cajun dishes you would only find in Louisiana. Lisa, raised in Houma, La first started rolling po-boys at Grandma ‘Le’s Po-Boy’ in Laurel, MS during her summer breaks over 22 years ago. Displaced by Hurricane Katrina, she landed in Houston in 2009 and opened up shop at the hidden corner of Jefferson & Hutchins and has been there since.
