DESCRIPTION:Presented by Chris Shepherd\, James Beard\nAward–winning chef and restaurateur\nIn one of Paris’s finest restaurants\, Remy (Patton Oswalt)\, a determined young rat\, dreams of becoming a renowned French chef. Torn between his family’s wishes and his true calling\, Remy and his pal Linguini (Lou Romano) set in motion a hilarious chain of events that turns the City of Lights upsidedown. The Pixar-animated film also includes the voices of Brian Dennehy\, Janeane Garofalo\, Brad Garrett\, Ian Holm\, and Peter O’Toole. James Beard Award–winning chef Chris Shepherd changed the\nlandscape of the Houston culinary scene since opening Underbelly in 2012. He built the restaurant to support the Houston food community and by drawing inspiration from the people and cultures that exist here. His current project is the Southern Smoke Foundation\, which he founded to provide aid to the food and beverage community.
