Today\, that dream has evolved to be an ambassador for promoting Italian culinary traditions in the U.S.\nIn 1992\, her personal journey abroad began in Maryland\, where she was hosted by an amazing Indian family who quickly became her second family. In 1998\, she was led from International Studies into the fascinating world of the wine industry.\nSince then\, she has visited special places and met amazing producers. Riccardo Guerrieri\, owner of VinSanto\, will be our guest speaker for the wine tasting\, which\, as always\, will be accompanied by Italian-style light bites.\nAbout the presenter\nRiccardo Guerrieri is truly passionate about wine and food. Guerrieri moved from Italy to Houston ten years ago to follow his wife Lynn. His involvement in the wine industry began when he moved to Texas\, and he opened a wine importing company. After a few years\, he joined Vinology’s team and was the general manager and wine buyer for four years. Since January 2023\, he’s been working on a new project: VinSanto\, a wine bar\, shop and bistro located in Memorial-Houston.
