DESCRIPTION:Care for the sacred aspects of yourself with these basics from ancient Tibetan spiritual traditions.\nMany wisdom traditions describe the flow of energy within the body\, which is vital for both physical and spiritual well-being. But most of us have never learned about this powerful layer of our experience. In this series\, we’ll learn about Tibetan teachings on the structure of the vajra (or subtle) body\, and some simple but profound meditations to help us tune into the body’s energy and get out of our own way so it can flow more freely. You’ll also receive weekly “homework” assignments for activities that can both recharge your vital energy\, and help you to notice what drains you. By the end of this course\, you’ll know the ancient Tibetan basics of caring for this sacred aspect of yourself.
