SUMMARY:Composing Your Life (In Person)
DESCRIPTION:Discover how to awaken each morning anticipating what you are creating rather than worrying about what you fear.\nSupport yourself through life’s rough and unpredictable changes – career\, relationships\, divorce\, and grief. Based on the instructor’s book The Pebble and the Canyon: Reflections on Composing Your Life\, this workshop will help us discover practical ways to use our creative potential on a daily basis via guided imagery\, active imagination\, journaling\, and other exercises. We will also learn practices to reduce stress and encourage healing.
