Capitol Street Gallery is the newest and largest gallery of its type on the East End of Houston. The East End represents the perfect location for new and aspiring artists to break out. Several shows and a whole year of scheduled events for 2014 are in the works. The gallery is housed in a 2700 square foot, 1948 warehouse with 16 foot ceilings. The space is able to exhibit art works of a variety of scales. Lighting is flexible and acoustics are fabulous.

With an attached fabrication shop, Capitol Street can offer artists needing bases, frames, unusual sculptural forms those services. We work in metal , concrete and wood with a reasonable level of stone cutting and drilling available. In addition, Capitol Street offers studio space to artists and sculptors for short term rental.
