Owner-operators Dimitri and Peggy Bokos came to Houston from Chicago, Illinois, where they gained experience working in the finest restaurants in town. With that valuable knowledge, they headed south to Houston and opened their first highly successful food establishment.
After moving to their present location, they worked tirelessly to develop and maintain the superior quality, friendly service, and reasonable prices which they are famous for today.
