'Around! A Parade on Wheels' to Roll Through East End

Experience a procession of all things on wheels in the East End this Saturday, November 15. Around! A Parade on Wheels will include everything from Houston art cars, SLABs and low riders, to cyclists, skaters, paleteros and much more.

After the parade, join the Houston Arts Alliance for the Around! Block Party at Preston and Roberts streets, behind the Greater East End Management District, featuring a special DJ set by “Pachuco Boogie Soundsystem” (Felipe Galvan of Los Skarnales) presented by Lunaface Promotions, food trucks and Bike Valet by BikeHouston!

Saturday, Nov. 15, Parade: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., Block Party: 12 – 2:30 p.m.
On York and Sampson streets between Preston and Engelke streets

Co-sponsored by The Orange Show Center for Visionary Arts, Houston Chronicle and Houston MediaSource.
