July 19 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for the second installment of Bayou Preservation Association’s Resiliency At-Home Summer Workshop Series, a hands-on program designed to empower residents with nature-based solutions that benefit both their neighborhoods and Houston’s bayou systems.
Yard Waste Workshop – Saturday, July 19
Led by Master Gardener Robin Kendrick Yates
Learn how to manage yard waste through composting and turn it into a valuable resource for healthier soil and stronger ecosystems. Discover how reducing organic waste benefits your garden—and the health of our bayous.

This is the second part of a three-part series held on the third Saturday of June, July, and August. Each session focuses on a different topic related to holistic water sustainability, featuring hands-on activities and take-home materials to help you create a more resilient home and community.
