Friday, November 4 starting at 10 p.m. until 4 a.m. Saturday, November 12 when regular service resumes

WHERE:
METRORail Green Line between Altic/Howard Hughes and Theater District stations
METRORail Purple Line between EaDo/Stadium and Theater District stations

WHY:
METRORail signal improvements

A FREE METRO Bus Bridge Shuttle Service will run every 12 minutes to provide uninterrupted service for customers – refer to map for shuttle stops.

Bus service requires additional travel time, so allow more time for your trip.

East End Improvement Corporation (EEIC)Â and Wells Fargo unveiled the first of seven BCycle â€œArt Stationsâ€ as part of a community program to connect residents and visitors to public art and businesses in East End Houston. The unveiling ceremony included the donation of 36 bicycles and helmets to East End students in coordination with local non-profit Wellness On Wheels (WOW).Â

Small Places Transitions to a 501(c)(3) as its East End Urban Farm, Finca Tres Robles, Pauses Field Operations to Prepare for Move to Long-Sought Permanent Home

longest-serving urban farms, Finca Tres Robles, is getting ready for some big changes in the year ahead. Umbrella organization Small Places is transitioning to a 501(c)(3) to help revamp the farm and increase its impact in serving the East End community. In the months ahead, Finca Tres Robles will be celebrating 7.5 years of work in the East End as it pauses field operations at the end of 2021 to prepare for its next chapter.
