Space City Credit Charities is proud to announce it has opened its 2019 scholarship application season. Space City Charities was formed in 2011 to honor a lifetime of service by board member Verna Wolf and her dedication to service of others. To date, Space City Charities has awarded $142,350.
There are two levels of scholarship awards, a $2,500 award and $10,000 award. Scholarships are open to any graduating high school senior or current college student with a GPA of 2.5 or higher based on a four-point scale. For complete details go to SpaceCityCharities.org.
To apply, students must complete the application, provide transcripts, and submit a two to three-minute video among other requirements. All applications must be submitted by email to Marketing@SpaceCityCU.com with the subject “Scholarship Application” or by mail to Space City Charities, Attention: Scholarship Application, 3101 Harrisburg Blvd., Houston, TX 77003 and must be postmarked by Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
