A free community concert!
Come as you are for a special hour-long program! Mercury Chamber Orchestra presents centuries of music from across Latin America featuring fun Baroque dances to fiery boleros sung by mezzo-soprano Cecilia Duarte. Experience this beautiful music from the lawn at the Fondren Performance Space in Discovery Green, an urban oasis to explore, discover, and connect in the heart of downtown Houston. This special concert is being presented in conjunction with the League of American Orchestras’ 2024 National Conference.
